1. Nature of Our Products
All products sold on Prosperbuild.com are digital products. When you purchase a report or other digital item, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that digital product for your personal or internal business purposes only.
You do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property, source files, or any right to resell, redistribute, share, or commercially exploit the content.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, we apply the following rules:
We will provide a full refund of the purchase price if:
- The digital file is corrupt, incomplete, or cannot be accessed due to a technical fault on our side;
- The product delivered is materially different from the description on the product page; or
- We are otherwise required to provide a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed;
- Incorrect product selection by the customer;
- Failure to check system/compatibility requirements before purchase; or
- Any reason other than those listed above, once the licence has been delivered.
3. Scope of Any Refund
Any refund we issue is strictly limited to the actual amount paid for the specific digital product (the report or licence).
We will not refund or compensate for:
- Any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses;
- Costs of alternative reports, inspections, legal advice, or related expenses;
- Time, inconvenience, or opportunity costs; or
- Any amount exceeding the original purchase price of the product.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at office@prosperbuild.com within 14 days of purchase and include:
- Your order number / purchase receipt;
- The email address used for the purchase;
- A clear description of the issue.
We will respond within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded by law.
If you are acquiring the product for the purpose of a business, the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply (to the extent permitted by law).
