if you want to see the report, then you will need to buy a copy at a discount rate – this allows you to address the issues as seen by the potential purchasors – On my data so far, it is provably beneficial to value, simplicity of sale, and speed of sale.
I discount reports for vendors because I want to incentivize people doing the maintenance that needs done. This will ultimately lead to healthier homes across the board – everybody wins that game.
