Covid has us all by the short and curlies – here is our approach and management.
When we come onsite, its better for everyone if you shoot out for a nice refreshing 1.5 to 2 hour walk in these circumstances, I am quite happy to talk to anyone on the phone, and answer any questions, but sadly, we can’t readily have the pleasure of doing that in person.
The REA requires that standard building inspections only be conducted if a house is under offer, so if you have a conditional offer, give us a bell or hit the booking link.
Builders can work in level 3, with controls. Ours are in the document which you can get for free by clicking “Buy” (its a quirk of the webshop!) Our technical man was a PhD in Microbiology – so our onsite controls are as good as they can be.
Homeowners or indeed vendors are able to request a builders assessment on their own backs.
I am happy to come, look at your house and suggest what likely needs done come sale time. That doesn’t cost you anything, unless you want to buy a written version of my findings, then it is half the already low price. (Donations for PPE costs gladly accepted!)
It also means a simpler sale, as a report can be written and available online to any prospective purchasers, complete with 360 degree video – eg, less need for house showings.
